Terms and condition
- Kerala Trade Centre, built conceived with the vision across the world has been to Trade & Commerce in the state.
- It will act as a corridor for entrepreneurs, individuals and corporates to seek quick and effective redressal of their business needs.
- Prices fixed on allotment and signing of agreement shall be final.
- Payments to be made by demand draft /local cheques favouring “Kerala Trade Centre” payable at Emakulam. Cheques are subject to realization.
- Possession shall be given to the customer only after settling all the dues to the Comittee.
- Statutory Deposits, Building Tax and Value Added Tax and all other taxes or levies as per government norms to be paid by the buyers.
- Deposits for Power, Water, Owner’s Association fees, share of cost of Transformer and its cabling, Construction workers welfare fund and other depo,sits to be borne by the buyer.
- Interest @ 15% p.a. would be levied on delayed payment of installments.
- All transactions are subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction only and all disputes subject to arbitration.
